Red-Bellied Piranhas appreciate a spacious aquarium with driftwood, plants, and hiding places where they can feel secure. They are often less stressed when kept in groups, but they also require plenty of swimming room and excellent filtration to maintain water quality.

Feed a high-quality carnivore pellet along with frozen foods such as fish, shrimp, krill, silversides, and other meaty foods. A varied diet helps keep them healthy and in top condition.

We ship fish on Monday and Tuesday so they arrive quickly and safely. Orders usually arrive Wednesday or Thursday.

All fish are packed carefully with insulation and heat or cold packs when needed.

Live arrival is guaranteed as long as someone is available to receive the package on the first delivery attempt.
