Black Ruby Barbs are one of the most underrated fish in the hobby. As they mature, especially the males, they develop a deep ruby-red coloration with dark black accents that really stand out in a planted aquarium.

These active schooling fish are peaceful, easy to care for, and look their best when kept in groups. The more comfortable they are, the better their colors become. They are a great choice for community tanks and pair well with tetras, rasboras, cory catfish, and other peaceful fish.

Why people love Black Ruby Barbs:
• Beautiful ruby-red and black coloration
• Peaceful community fish
• Active and fun to watch
• Great for planted aquariums
• Easy to care for
• Colors improve as they mature
